Our whole family has been under the weather for the last several weeks, but we’re bouncing back and I certainly didn’t want you to think I had completely disappeared. I’ve been working in the kitchen and have lots of new recipes and surprises to share with you over the next few days. Most exciting to me, recently, has been my gaining confidence with canning our garden produce and the fruit we’ve picked up at farmer’s markets. I’ve canned peach, plum and strawberry jam, as well as making our own salsa. This post is just a little teaser to let you know that my jam recipe and a giveaway to get you started with your own canning, will be posting on Friday morning.
